I started my journey into fitness and health back in high school, where I was a 3-sport athlete. In 2014, I rediscovered the gym and fell in love with training. I began my Bodybuilding journey in 2015, and immediately knew that I had found my passion. Along with training, I have a desire to educate people on the importance of proper nutrition to support an active lifestyle. Fitness is more than just surface level and exterior looks- it's about forming habits & goals and connecting those to a purpose that aligns with your lifestyle, and ultimately makes you feel good.
